Hated Hanoi as people tried to cheat you at every opportunity. Ha Long Bay was nice but not as good as Palawan Islands in Philippines.

Budget travel gives those with little money an opportunity to travel and those with money an opportunity to travel longer.
Hated Hanoi and Ha Long Bay while nice was not as impressive as Palawan in the Philippines. Especially when tours are trying to constantly cheat you.
